A harmonious team lives from a working communication with each other, as well as to other teams and departments.
Communication is commonplace and seems self-evident, so it does not seem to be problematic anymore.
This is sufficient for most situations. It would be too time-consuming to constantly question your own communication; only with misunderstandings and failures that can be associated with communication, will the workshop be utilised.
In our workshops on communication within the team, we want to ask:
- how communication in the team can be explained?
- under what conditions it expires?
- which criterias to focus on for communication success?
- and how reliable models can be created from which to derive predictions and instructions?
In our practice-oriented training courses, employees can try out new, unfamiliar forms of communication in order to be open to everyday business communication.
